VIETNAM DEFENSE ATTACHÉ REAFFIRMS MILITARY COOPERATION WITH PAF

Senior Colonel Luong Van Manh, the Defense Attaché of Vietnam to the Philippines, rendered a courtesy call on Major General Ulysses S Marquez PAF, Chief of Air Staff, at the Philippine Air Force Headquarters in Pasay City on February 18, 2024.

Major General Marquez expressed his gratitude to Senior Colonel Luong for his efforts in fostering stronger defense relations between the Philippines and Vietnam. Both officials reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening military cooperation and promoting regional peace and stability in the region.
