Strengthening National Defense: AFP launches WPS Advocacy among NOLCOM Reservists

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga, April 12, 2025 —The staunch advocate of the AFP campaign against Malign Influence Operations, Colonel Jo-ar A. Herrera PA, introduced the Communication Plan “Mulat” to the Reservists of the Northern Luzon Command Joint Operational Area during the Regional Reservists Convention at Clark Airbase. 

Amid the evolving battle of narratives surrounding WPS, the unrelenting cascading of Mulat seeks to generate information advantage in favor of the PH-AFP narrative. Col Herrera tackled the malign influence operations of the People’s Republic of China and the strategic measures of the government to counter it. He enlightened the participants on their crucial role in safeguarding our territory, urging them to be more proactive in the WPS advocacy campaign.
