Focus on Stability: Reinforcing PH-AFP narratives at StratCom Symposium

TANZA, Cavite, May 1-2, 2025 — Colonel Jo-ar A. Herrera PA gave a lecture on the West Philippine Sea (WPS) during the two-day STRATCOM Symposium and Workshop of the Philippine Army Reserve Command held in Camp Riego de Dios.

The attendees are composed of Luzon-based CMO officers and social media administrators from the Regional Community Defense Groups. On the second day of the symposium, Col Herrera facilitated the workshop output presentations of the participants focusing on the WPS issues, ROTC recruitment, Reserve Force Development Program, and Recruitment of the Ready Reserve (Category 1). The workshop also included the presentation of snapshots, audience analysis, development of themes and messages, and crafting of action plans.
