AFP introduced WPS Mulat to Reservists

PASAY CITY, Manila, March 29, 2025 — The lead organizer of the strategic communication plan “Mulat” presented the key objectives and strategies of the plan during the Regional Reservists Convention and ARRAPI General Assembly Meeting held at the headquarters of the Philippine Air Force at Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base.

Colonel Jo-ar A. Herrera PA stressed the essential role of the Reservists in the continuous and enduring fight of the Philippines in defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity against foreign interference actors. He also detailed the ongoing efforts of the government to expose the ICAD (illegal, coercive, aggressive, and deceptive) activities and disinformation tactics of the People’s Republic of China in the WPS. During the open forum, he solidified the concrete roles and programs of the reservists in countering malign influence operations while safeguarding democratic values.
