ROTC Cadets of the 1401st Community Defense Center, 14th Regional Defense Group figured in the commemoration of the 9th Year Anniversary Victory when the Permanent Court of Arbitration declared that the West Philippine Sea belongs to us. The event was organized by the Northern Luzon Command and the Civil Relations Service, AFP at SM Baguio City.

Ramon Zagala, Commander, RESCOM, Philippine Army said, “JULY 12, 2016 WEST PHILIPPINE SEA WAS DECLARED OURS. The Permanent Court of Arbitration ruled in favor of the Philippines. The international tribunal concluded. "there was no legal basis for China to claim historic rights within the sea areas falling within the nine-dash line."
